I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Jacobs & Mr Ardendorff of the Kuilsriver branch for their superb customer service. Mr Jacobs is extremely efficient and always goes the extra mile with a smile. He is indeed an asset at the branch, and this should not go unnoticed by Nedbank. Although Mr Ardendorff is new @ the branch, he has definitely proved his worth as Manager by getting involved in my situation. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to assist me. It is indeed highly appreciated. A very big thank you to Mr De Necker, Executive Service Support Consultant, who is always courteous and never dissappoints in his endeavours to resolve a crisis situation.
