I had to up my daily payment limit yesterday for one transaction, and thought I would need to go in to a branch and fill in forms, and it being pay day, I was REALLY not looking forward to this. I called the call centre then, actually just to ask what I should take with, and they then told me they can help me on the phone. The whole process were done in about 5 minutes. And both the staff members I talked to were extremely helpful, even giving advice for future transactions, and just being extremely friendly. First time ever I talked to someone at any call centre that can actually make a joke! I don't think I'll ever switch banks! |
