Today the wife and I went to the Carlton Centre branch of Nedbank. Before today we were not clients of Nedbank. Upon our arrival we sat down and within about 10 minutes we were assisted. There was a few other clients before us as well. When we entered the consultants office she introduced herself as Tshidi Kgosana. She was very professional and extremely helpful right from the start...we immediately felt as ease. She assisted us and really went that extra mile. If this is how she treats non clients I can just imagine what GREAT service she gives to clients ! Thank you Tshidi you are a real star !!! If there were more people like you we would never have to worry about bad service ! Keep up the great work ! |
