| I noticed that since you have made your so-called "enhancements" to your Netbank Internet Banking system I am unable to submit any batches for payment. I have reported this via e-mail twice now and have tried calling the helpdesk as well, but after waiting to speak to someone for over 40 minutes I finally gave up! I am dealing with very time-sensitive payments that need to be made today, as I will be paying penalties starting tomorrow, yet Nedbank, as usual, is unable to provide me with the simplest and most basic service of internet banking. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP TRYING TO "ENHANCE" MY INTERNET BANKING EXPERIENCE, BECAUSE ALL YOU DO IS **** IT UP!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING MY BUSINESS BANKING MANAGER, AND NEDBANK WILL PAY ANY PENALTIES INCURRED IF THIS IS NOT FIXED TODAY!!!!!! | |||
