I have applied for a study loan to enable me to do my pilots licence. The forms were handed to Petunia Thabethe on the 30th of January (Centurion). After hearing nothing for a week On the 6th of February I tried to do enquiries about my application but I will not even go their that's another big problem on its own to try and get hold of someone telephonically to help you at centurion. I went into the bank on the 7th of Feb because that's the only way it seems to get any assistance from them. I spoke to Petunia and was asked Am I self employed? To my surprise, I said NO. With my application form is my salary slip and then she asked me was I ever self employed where I also said NO, since I left school I was employed. Then she said oh ok then we have to change your Status "decal" so it shows you are not self [URL Removed] on did I have to go into the Bank for that a simple phone call would have sorted it out on the first day of my application. Then I tried to escalate it to her manager where he promised to get back to me by 14:00 the same day and they did not let my down because I am still waiting for that phone call. So after all that my application has not been processed. |
