Called in on the 6th for a Settlement Letter, Brandon put it through. Called this morning Karabo said I will have it by 11:00 or I must call back and speak to him or the Team Lead. You are holding up my process to consolidate my debt. Want it on my PC by close of business today. I am co-ordinating many settlement letters, why do you take SOOO LOOOOOONNNGGGGG. Now Please. |
