Poor Service from Nedbank

My debit card was recently cloned. I was left with about R20 in my account. When I first called Nedbank I wasnt given the opportunity to stop the account.
After several phone calls my account was stopped but by then the last money had been used by the *********.
I then went into the bank to open an overdraft to tide me over, waited almost 40 minutes to be helped by Sibongile at Cresta. She requested a payslip, which I then emailed on Monday 6 February. After several phone calls where I just get put on hold, and emails I still have recieved no response from her.
Very disappointing service from Nedbank, especially since I have been a client for about 12 years. Where is the bank when you need them? Especially since the bank is supposed to protect their clients from *****!
