No one at Home loans seem to know

I went from branch to branch and seem to get different information on the process to remove someone from the joint bond. Nedbank Kempton Park and Vaal Mall, said I need to write a letter and bring it with my payslip and they will process the application. I called the call centre, they told me I need to take that person who wants to be removed, with to any branch. I did that and we went to Nedbank Elloff, a gentlment by the surname of Khambule if I'm not mistaken, game me the form to fill and said there was no need to bring the person who need to be removed, I insisted that she writes a letter and that letter to be attached to the application; that was done. Copy of my ID, Payslip and the application form. I had to wait for the respond in two weeks, nothing happened. That was October 2011, I called in December 2011 Mr Khambule, he said he sent the application to Ficksburg. I called the call centre, they said I have to go back to the branch where I did the application. I am tired of this, Please someone who knows the process, anyone I call keep on referring me to someone else..

Indifferent: I am happy with immidiate response I got from Rena and managing to get someone from Elloff to contact me.  So far the process just started where I have to start all over again, filling forms
