| On the 3rd when I checked my Current Account Statement online, I noticed that there was a Transaction that I didn't preform. Monday the 6th I phone Nedbank and asked about the transaction. I was told that is was done by Retail Recoveries. After battling for more than an hour to get hold of someone at Retail Recoveries. I got hold of a very rude lady named Julie. She informs me that it is for an NBS personal loan I had in 2002. I told her that it has been settled in 2003 by the retrenchment policy I had. Rudely tells me that I must prove it. Now how would I be able to prove it as it was 9 years ago? NBS has closed down. She then tells me that they will not stop ******** my money. Not once in 9 years did anybody of NBS or Nedbank contacted me about this loan. They have all my contact details as I have a Credit Card and Current Account with them. Not even when I applied for the Credit Card in 2008 they mention anything about this NBS Personal Loan. | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: After the Complaint I received an E-Mail from Delana Stemmet from Executive Services Support, Client Services Nedbank Group Ltd. The E-Mail stating: “We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and frustration caused in this regard and will keep you updated regarding the progress" It is now 2 week since this transaction was performed and still nothing has happened. I still don’t have my money back. | |||
