| HEADLINE | Nedbank Loans come on what a joke |

| I applied on-line for a loan to consolidate my debt and was advised that i qualify for R100 000 loan a guy called me and advised that i need to take my proof of residence and bank statements with my id to a branch that it can be processed so I went to Nedbank Glen Acres and saw a lady there Marikie and she advised that i dont qualify for R100 000 but I do qualify for R36 000 which i said okay i will take it we then completed the forms and she advise that the loan has been approved and that i will get a sms within 48 hours that the money is in my bank, however 48 hours later i got an sms saying that the loan has been declined. Now i am very upset cause firstly i get told R100 000 then R36 000 and its approved now i get an sms say declined that is false information and hopes that Nedbank give a person, I request an email response so i can have it in writing. | |||

| Indifferent: Just disappointed that the enquiry is taking so long and that no records were tracked of the R100 000 loan application, but Reno is assisting me in a professional manner. | |||
