So, i applied for a personal loan for extra studies. went into branch in Kent Street Randburg. Filled out forms, submitted docs, everything was in order and i was approved pending verification on employment and banking details. Today (4 days later) i call the Nedbank call center to seek clarity as the Loan Consultant didnt come in today to work (like thats our issie). They say everything is fine sir but we need one document (a recent utility bill) - i say AMAZING, i submitted this already......so they say no, i need to call branch and arrange for someone else to send through the doc as consultant is not in....so i do. then the Team leader emails to tell me unfortunately they cannot do this for me and i must wait for consultant to some in whenever he comes in! What nonsense! can you believe it...before even opening an account, we are having issues. Worrying about this animal and that animal but cant simply accept that the consultant didnt submit what he was supposed to and someone is too naive to do it on his behalf! so verificatiuon are waiting for a document i submitted that the branch wont send to them - I mean - I read HelloPeter complaints and thought this wont happen to me. |
