| HEADLINE | NEDBANK ARE ROBBED ME AND I AM STILL PAYING!!! |

I COMPLAINED THAT WHEN I WAS RETRENCHED THEY DID NOT PAY OFF THE LOAN AS THEY PROMISED WHEN I TOOK THE LOAN. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL INVESTIGATE. THEN Sean de Necker WROTE BACK TO ME SAYING THEY CAN NOT PAY THE LOAN BECAUSE I TOOK VOLUNTARY RETRENCHEMENT. WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS NOT TRUE, HE SAID THAT IS WHAT THEY TOLD HIM AT STANDARD BANK. I FINALLY GOT A CHANCE TO GO ASK THE HR AT STANDARD BANK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT PROVIDE SUCH INFORMATION AND NO ONE HAD AN OPPORTUNITY FOR VOLUNTARY RETRENCHMENT!!!! THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!! I HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER OF YOURS FOR SO LONG. THE ONE TIME I NEED YOU, YOU RUN AWAY. NOW I CALL YOUR AGENTS AND THEY TELL ME ITS TOO LATE! TOO LATE FOR WHAT THE ***** I REPORTED IN TIME AND YOU PLAYED GAMES....I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED BY YOU!!! |
