I have paid my account up to date but my ITC records still show that I'm 30days in arrears. Please urgently rectify my records as it is halting me in applying for a consolidation loan in order to settle your loan. In Dec2011 when I missed the instalment, my salary was in my account by the 23 Dec2011 (normal debit order is on 25 monthly) but nedbank never bothered to debit my account until the 28th (not withstanding that I bank with nedbank and had no funds by then) whilst all of my other obligations went in time. I have however rectified the account (being a person who values the relationship I have with nedbank and my credit profile). I urge you to please rectify the status asap before further damage is done in my name. I have made efforts to pay the account every month without any faults and therefore will not be held liable for your "debit order inconsistencies". With all due respect I would like to still continue with nedbank, if, and only if my part of the bargain is also acknowledged as I have contacted nedbank from the branch phone only to be taken from pillar to post by your customer and collections dep. Your assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated. |
