| Last week a dealer in Springs applied on my behalf for a personal loan to purchase a car, he didnt have a car for the amount which I was qualified for and I therefore cancelled it, he still went and put the app through, the loan was approved and paid out to him last week friday, after I've called the loan dept. and they insured me the funds will be paid out to me as it was a personal loan and not a Auto pilot loan. Now the dealer said he will only be paying the loan back to Nedbank on Friday which is unacceptable as I already found a new car and need to pay it immediately. I mean this loan is a personal loan and was approved to me, how can I pay back something that I dont have. I even heard yesterday from a nedbank consultant that the loan will be cancelled and I will have to reaply again, this is unacceptable I went x2 to Springs last week to sign, how can they inconvenient me again by applying again. The loan is approved and I need my money by today. Nedbank keep on telling me I must sort it out with the dealer, I phoned him and he comes with stories in paying my money, and why should I sort it out, I didnt make the transfer to him! Seems like you are passing the buck! | |||
