Inadequate Customer Services

About a year ago, I successfully got my Nedbank Gold Credit Card. The continuing problem from that moment on was I never had a clue what my balances or payments were. My premiums were fixed, but then monthly minimum, due to the fact that for some reason the debit order never went off on the date agreed on, which was the st of every month. I received statements via post only twice during the past year, even though they have my postal and email addresses. Yes, I did not make some payments, out of frustration. This due to NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever. In May I applied for a personal loan and received excellent service from their branch in Worcester, but had to deal with the incompetent call centre with YES & NO answers, when I wanted to post-pone my payment in December. Overall my complaints is the lack of insufficient feedback from the bank itself. In the end, I would never recommend this bank to anyone. When I'm done with all my repayments, I will close my accounts.

Not Impressed: I acknowledge the executive's reply, but still feel not impressed at all. The reply was anticipated and "jam was om my bek gesmeer" to quote an old saying in Afrikaans.
