Empty Promises

On Saturday 04 February 2012, we went to into the Internet banking to see how much money in my account was, to our surprise there was R3813,00 deducted via a APO Payment. We went to our Branch (The Glen Shopping Centre) to find out who / what this payment was. There a lady informed us that it was Nedbank Credit Card that took the money. When we phoned Nedbank Credit Card Division they told us that they where in contact with Smith, Jones and Bratt Attorneys and that they would see if they could get the money reversed. I phoned again on Monday 06 February 2012 and the lady from the Credit Card Division gave me Smit, Jones and Bratt Attorneys's telephone number and a the contact persons name whom she was in contact with. This particular lady was not available so I told the person on the other end of the line my situation and she referred me to another lady who was working with our case. After numerous phone calls we were promised that the money would definitely be in today 08 February 2012. It is now 19:41pm and there is no money reversed in our account!!!! Is far as my knowledge takes me this matter is know with a lady at Nedbank and we must wait for her know to reverse it!!!
