| We had a burst pipe in the garage of our property. I phoned Nedbank at the end of November, to register the quote. They sent a plumber who fixed the pipe, and water supply was restored. However, up to now the damage to the floor has not been fixed, and they assured me it would be covered by my homeowners insurance. I have phoned various times and everytime they just say they will follow up with their supplier. What kind of suppliers do they use? Surely the suppliers should go through a screening process and they should only use reliable suppliers. The contractor they allocated to my claim is JJJB Construction. This is terrible service! | |||

Quite Impressed:
Nedbank contacted me the day after I reported them on Hello Peter and apologized for the inconvenience. The contractor came out on the same day and fixed the floor. I still believe it is Nedbank's suppliers that let them down, they should look at who they use. Thank you for sorting this out. |
