OK... NEDBANK, HERE WE GO AGAIN... I am trying to close my Cheque account as I have moved banks and Transferred my Debit Orders as well as salary. Guess I thought this would be easy, yet I get told you can't close the account... it must remain open for a month... oh and you must pay bank charges for the month... THIS IS MY ACCOUNT....MY MONEY and you tell me I can't close an account.... what is up with this? No wounder I am leaving this bank to bank somewhere else... issue after issue after issue... If I want to close my account, I should be allowed to do so with out any issue, the debit orders etc is that of my responsibility and not the banks... or are you going to take on the issue I have with regards to this??? NEDBANK - you need to change the way you do business, this is not ethical that I have to pay for an account which is no longer in use and do not have the right to close in on my instruction...! |
