| I applied for a personal loan with Kershan on friday the 03.02.2012. Kershan said to me that the loan has be approved and not pre-approved for R5000 over a period of 12 months. He then asked if I could bring through bank statements and have the docs signed. I agreed and done so. Saturday the 04.02.12 I received an SMS stating that the loan is now declined. I was confused and gave him a call. He then tells me that, what he has done was a pre-approval which was not told to me at the time as he even said to me that it is too late to confirm my employment on that friday so I will miss the saturday payout and receive a payout on monday morning. He said the loan declined due to affordability and I said to him that Absa incorrctly listed me on ITC and that my bond is on both mine and my husbands name but he pays the bond and has been since we own the property. His manager Uresha said that I should get a letter from Absa on there letterhead and bank stats from my husband to prove such and I did. Uresha is more unprofessional than him sends me a mail saying it is declined for the same reason affordability but nt giving me more as an explanation terrible!!! | |||
