| I have received the worst service ever from the personal loans department to a point that i regret i ever asked for it. Since the 17th December i have been sent from pillar to post by Nedbank staff after they deducted twice the amount that they were suppose to from my account held in another bank. They have the most inconsistant replies i have ever received several of them would promise that should wait 48hrs and the money would be refunded and yet the next would advise that the refund has been declined due to account being in areas. My account was in areas due to Nedbank not deducting the initial installment on the first month. They then ask me to agree on additional amounts to cover the extra fee and we agreed on a term. Come december just before christmas they wiped my bank clean and treat me like a fool everytime i call. Out of all the banks i have worked with never have i ever received such bad service and *****. I regarded nedbank as a bank with high reputation and they have proven me so wrong about them.I am not lettingthis go if it means i pay a lawyer to get justice i will and i have all the evidence. | |||
