Terrible service yet again

Contacted the personal loans call centre and spoke to Jenevive Paulson, she gave me the complaints department number and said i need to speak to them, I asked who her manager is and she told me but refused to give me the number, I eventually found out the Carmen Doyle is the right person to contact and i was given her number, i called and left messages and still no one has contacted me back. Please get someone from senior management in the loans department to contact me as i am getting very frustrated right now
