Good day Homeloan Ref: 14600294-2 Nedbank Owned Property Ref: Nedbank Owned Properties division accepted my offer to a property in Bela Bela, Bospoort for 600k, then i applied for homeloan with Nedbank for the same amount, What was left was for the property to be registered in my name. Now, Nedbank Home loans does not want to register the property in my name saying i should first get an engineering certificate, this certificate was suppose to be there since this property was owned by Nedbank before. They are suggestiong i should spend my money to refurbish the house and get an engineer certificate.How can i spend money on a property that is not yet registered in my name. Why cant Nedbank register the property in my name and then sort out the Engineer certicate or give me a time frame to sort out whats missing.I feel Nedbank is not taking responsibilty and wants me to spend money on a property that not yet mine. I love the property and would do anything to get it via nedbank as i have been banking with them for long. Please Help Takadzani Netshituni 0822130023 |
