We went to the Nedbank atm tonight at 17:41 and tried to make a withdrawal of R3000.00, the atm informed us that we had draw a lessor amount. We then requested R2000.00. The receipt states that R2000.00 was withdrawn but we only received R1850.00 from the atm. ATM M958 Tran 0372 Lakefield square Please can this be sorted out asap, as it is totally unacceptable for this to happen, lucky we always check the amount received from atm's. Also the full R1850.00 was paid out on R50.00 notes???? |
