i applied for a credit card from nedbank killarney and was assigned a consultant, a certain Precious Tungata. She applied for it on my behalf and it was declined due to lack of credit history, 3 months later, and several credit accounts later, i returned to the same consultant, and told her that i had rectified the problem. i was met with the most uncouth, unproffesional, impolite and utterly disgracefull attitude. I couldn't help but storm out of the bank, disgruntled and discontent, without my credit card. please can someone talk to someone and do something about this woman!!! |
