Now you see it, now you dont...

I supposedly have an OPTIMUM SAVINGS ACCOUNT, so I tend to think (or thought).
However on collecting your latest 'Banking Fee Booklet - 2012' at one of your branches yesterday, I noticed there were no 'Optimum Savings Account' details? What has happened to the 'Optimum Savings Account'?
Is it the responsibility of your customers to investigate changes made by yourselves, as I did not receive any correspondence advising me of this account being discontinued, converted?
If the 'Optimum Savings Account' does not exist any longer as I tend to think may be the case, would you be kind enough to advise me, what account do I have now?
