I made a lump sum deposit on my bond and want to adjust my life policy payments. The first letter I mailed Nedgroup Life was on the 28/12/2011. No reply or anything. On the 03/01/2012 I mailed again, Samantha replied and said the dept will get back to me. I am still waiting for a reply after sending the same mail over and over. I dont have time for this pathetic service, how long can it possibly take to give another quote! You are very quick to phone me and sell me this, but when I want some feedback I get ignored. I am now paying life insurance for a bond that is actually almost half of what it was. Sort this out immediately or I will cancel my policy and go somewhere else!! |
