Good day Unfortunately was unable to deal with the Nedbank staff member who answered my call. Mrs. Hlnngiwe Tom, who was rude, spoke over me and treated me like a criminal, basically her words were "If I qualified to get a home loan you just have to make provision, theres is nothing Nebank or I can do for you" in other words tough luck!!. I have been a client of the bank for many years, I have never failed a payment on my home loan, which I have had since 2005,, without ever failing one single payment. I work for the Portuguese Government and unfortunately due to the crisis in Portugal our bonus has been cut as well as a cut in salary in 10%, not your fault, not your problem, I am simply asking that my debit order for this month be stopped, as my tenant is moving out, only told me this in the middle of December and I am habe been unable to find another tenant. I also rent a house and that would mean to rents for this month. In September I was a victim of Internet crime (with nedbank), I lost R2700.00 over that month, in November I was a victim of smash and grab losing approximately R10.000 in the process, not your fault, not your responsibility, but as |
