Money missing from Bank account

All the money in my account was first transferred to someone else's bank account and then withdrawn within an hour. It took some time for the investigation on the bank's side to be completed however the feedback received was that they are only prepared to pay back half of the money that was stolen! There are no way that they can see their way open to pay the remainder back to me. Usually I receive notification that someone is on my Internet banking ... none received on the day. I am the person on the other end of the stick paying for internal security bridges! I have accounts currently in arrears due to this short payment which I now pay interest on and it is not even my fault.
