Insurance policy debited for 3rd time this Month

Dear Nedbank,

In an desperate attempt to get your staff to stop phoning and harrassing me, I eventually accepted on of your hospital insurance policies. I now see this month, Nedbank has debitted my account 3 times for this insurance policy!

What the **** is going on? Does Nedbank thing that their customer's bank accounts are a free for all?

I'm not certain whether one would call this ***** or ***** but it is truly unacceptable!

Over the Moon: Nedbank had actually corrected the error before I posted this report, I just hadn't seen that yet!
