Insurance Claim 2 months Old - No response

I reported water damage to my property at the end of Nov 2011. I received an SMS to inform me that 2 contractors would contact me regarding my claim. This was 05 Dec 2011. The contractor came out just before x-mass - I have not heard a thing since, and the other one arrived 2 days ago. I cannot contact someone to find out what's going on. 25 minutes of piped music drives me mad. i have managed to get an e-mail address of a person, and have sent a mail - NO RESPONSE!! I have been with Nedbank for 30 YEARS. Shame on you!!!

Quite Impressed: Well done Nedbank,
I was contacted the next day, and received an update the day after that. Why did it have to take intervention?
An assesor has been appointed to my claim 2 months down the line.
I look forward to a pleasant conclusion of this claim. Thank you Delena for contacting me.
