I want that account closed

Nedbank proposed a Savvy current account to me then i accepted which wasn't a wise idea, so i did receive a sms confirmation of a new account being open under my name and the card guys called for the address then I gave it to them that was all. But I never receive the card or any information for the account but now I'm tired of their sms of the account being closed without even receiving anything. Please can they close the stupid account and stop their sms as I didn't sign any form of paper.
