| Came into Nedbank at O R Tambo airport as needed to do a simple transfer. After waiting for 25 minutes in the queue, finally came to an available teller who's name is Thabo. I have done this specific transaction for years in the same manner at many other branches but not this time. Thabo refused to help, stating that I needed to go back and fill in a deposit slip. I tried to explain to him that it is unnecessary but instead of assistance got attitude from him. In short I wasted my time, got terrible service as well as attitude from your staff and did not accomplish what I came in to do.I feel quite strongly about this and think that Thabo should not be in customer service as I believe he does not understand the concept of "customer" nor "service". An apology would be nice from the branch manager and Thabo. | |||

| Quite Impressed: Having received an apology I am happy in the way this has been handled. I sincerely hope that this will be used as a learning curve by the relevant people in that every client should be treated as gold and not as an irritation as clients are the reason we all have pay cheques at the end of the month. | |||
