I was told by Nedbank Town Square branch that the account was RESTRICTED as it was only receiving deposits and the card hadn't been used. (New Fica documents were provided etc) So my daughter starts using the card for pocket money and the card is duly restricted again. Back to Nedbank Town Square Branch this time it's FICA again! To complicate matters I need to bring my daughter (a minor) in person as she is the only signature on the account (I opened the account). I duly comply and the paperwork is resubmitted. We wait and wait but the account remains restricted! On the 07 October 2011 I decide to try sort this out with a bigger branch and off we go to Cresta Nedbank. All the Fica documents are handed in again and I'm told it will be authorised in 3/4 days. Well what a Joke its the 02 December 2011 and the account is still restricted. Nebank your brand has totally been tarnished in my daughters eyes and you have lost a client for the future. I'm frustrated as a parent that I can't even close the account before the FICA issue has been resolved. Shame on you Nedbank your service is disgusting |

| Quite Impressed: Executive Service support @ Nedbank responded promptly to the problem. Pity Nedbank don't have this calibre of staff as branch managers in the regions. Happy to report that my daughter can use her ATM card again! Thank you Executive Service Support. | |||
