Business and Private Client Complaint

On my first visit to the Branch I waited more than 1 hour and 20 minutes to be helped!! Just waiting and waiting just prior to being helped I was offered a cup of coffee! Wow!! This is on the 25Th November . Oh wait there was a buzz in the bank as a staff member was getting married, thus they where short staffed. Nice to know clients, next time just put a sign up. STAFF MEMBER TO BE MARRIED NO SERVICE TODAY!!! Today I went into the bank again and Oh my word PATHETIC ONCE AGAIN.Just to mention Christo was to call me last week Thursday I left two messages and called at about 16h30 just to hear Sir I gave him your message did he not call you? I insisted that she calls him on his cell or the manager to contact me? Just to get a call back from the lady on the switchboard apologising for the mishap by the way she at least was very helpfull and concerned about me as a client. She told me Christo would call me the next day which he did. PROBLEM STILL NOT RESOLVED NOW IT IS SOME ***** IN JOHANNESBURG THAT HAS ******* UP ACCORDING TO HIM. I have insisted that I will not go into the bank on Monday he needs to sort out their mistake and bring me the documents to sign. Lets see what is done?

Thank you for your prompt response!! I still firmly believe that this Branch needs more staff to accomodate clients but my issues have been resolved that I am a satisfied client!!
