| I PHONED IN 08.20AM THIS MORNING ABOUT A QUERY ON MY CELLPHONE ACC. I USUALLY CRINGE WHEN I HAVE TO PHONE NASHUA AS I HAVE HAD ALOT OF FALL OUTS WITH THEM. BUT THIS MORNING WAS ABSOLUTE JOY. I SPOKE TO MAMELLO AND WOW THE SERVICE SHE GAVE WAS WONDERFUL. I WORK IN THE CALL CENTRE/ CLIENT SERVICES AREA ASWELL AND I KNOW WHAT GREAT SERVICE SHOULD BE LIKE. MAMELLO YOU DEFINATELY ARE A GEM. YOU WHERE WELL MANNERED, USED MY NAME WICH IS IMPORTANT. YOU DIDNT JUST GIVE THE INFORMATION I ASKED. YOU WENT THE EXTRA MILE. YOU PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES AND GAVE ME THE SERVICE I WOULD EXPECT. GENUINE CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS ARE ALL ABOUT COMMUNICATION. ITS YOUR CALL MAKE IT WORK.. YOU DEFINATELY DID. WELL DONE.
