Its good to experience some great customer service for a change! Warren assisted me with some incorrect billing issues and also corrected a few issues i had as a result of the billing system. He was fast and smart and friendly. Great service Warren and keep it up! I wish i could say the same for the others in your team namely a Nazreen if I'm not mistaken who was extremely rude as well as the "great" bunch at your call centre *sarcasm* I literally made around 20 calls and was passed from pillar to post and was even given incorrect spellings on your surname as well as incorrect contact details - basic things! Anyway Warren saved the day and I hope your approach rubs off on the other staff there! |
