I took 2 contract for my kids with Nashua Mobile Pavillion Durban - had an excellent experience with Ms Maggie who was patient with my kids and assisted more than was asked - we gor a good deal - I wanted to put a threshold on the call amount and called through to the Call centre and was i lucky to speak to Ms Lilanie, she was very professional, efficient and friendly at the same time, she schooled me in the cell phone lingo and and assisted me, when I fineshed it felt like I was the winner - Well done Ms Lilanie, your attitude and service will take you a long way - hope she becomes a trainer one day in your company so all agents may have a similar attitude, in todays age with service delivery at an all time low in our country Nashua Mobile is doing something right - WELL DONE Dr A Maharajh Durban - KZN |
