| I moved one of my lines from one Network to another and extended the contract. Priya knew exactly what was required to do the porting and sent through the relevant documentation. In the interim she processed the upgrade and on the day as promised the porting was completed and upgrade done. I had no hassles whatsoever. Priya really knows her business and this makes a major difference from a customer point of view. A big thank you from me. | |||
