NASHUA MOBILE the most unreliable service provider. Extremly rude employee's and waiting for over a MONTH for a cellphone contract! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM I completed an applicationand all was approved I waited 2wks from hearing NOTHING from this provider. I called them, they told me about system problems. I was sent a contract and told that the phone would be delivered within 48hours. 72Hours passed with no contact, I then called the client and then I was told that they have no stock. This was never communicated and they could not offer ANY date as to when I can expect the cellphone. I asked if I could have the option of changing the phone, Nathali assured me she would source from her other branches and get back to me the same afternoon. NOTHING!! I then was sent an and email once again been given some date which i believe they just pull from the top of their heads, that my phone would be delivered on Tuesday, which is today. I call to confirm this, I speak to Nathali in the morning @ about 9am who says she's rebooted her system and will revert back to me. NOTHING, I call again, she is rude, giving me an option to cancel after waitng more then a month for my phone. |
