I have submitted a complaint in connection with a wrong billing, on which Clinton at head office phoned me to try and explain why they are innocent and me the client is in the wrong! He also PROMISED me to investigate with the branch and give me feedback within 48 hours. That was 11 Jan, till date NO response and the wrong amount was deducted once again!! I am battling with THREE wrong billings over a period of almost 3 years. 1. I was charged for free sms to the amount of more than R300, to which I have received NO response till date. Potch and Value Crossing Roodepoort, neither my e-mails received any attention! 2. I was wrongly billed for e-mail package, hopefully it is in the process of being rectified. 3. I requested to terminate a Cell C contract expiring on 18 Jan 12 by 21 Dec 11, but the service provider put it through as a transfer to pre paid. Now in your right mind, who would be so stupid? May be Clinton can explain! First it was Felicia Kekana who could not resolve the issue with the mentioned branch and now Clinton is as pathetic!! PLEASE do not fall for his lame explanation that he has discussed it with me and I was perfectly happy! Utter nonsense!! |

| Not Impressed: Clinton called me and kept me busy for almost 20 mins and the call disconnected. He never gave me a solution or called me back since Monday! Same rhetoric of the service rendered at the branch need to be confirmed. In the mean time R2 682 rand was deducted from my account. Further more they own me R400 on wrong deduction of internet and R380 odd for incorrect billing of sms bundle! | |||
