contract canceled 3months ago

My contract has been canceled 3months ago at canal walk the letter id was emailed and told to us that we had 1 payment left.but three months later they did a debit order of R2200 off my bank account what for we dont know not a phone call nothing.We tryed calling there customer care number (0861412412)but no contact this is ********* my lawyers will have to take action.....
