worst company ever

I took two contracts of the new blackberry 9360 fones two weeks ago and I was told that I had 7 days to return the phone for an exchange if it was faulty, just my luck 14 days later the reason I took the contract a gift for my husband the speaker just stops working. I immediatley phone the guy that I dealt with and he tells me to bring the phone in,which I did. When I get there I'm told that it will take 30 working days to be fixed!!! I don't even have the phones for 30 working days!!!I am so disgusted in this company that now I would like to cancel both contracts. Is this the way you handle new buisness???. I will be letting all my freinds and family know how this company operates.

Quite Impressed: I was very impressed with the response,it was handled quite efficient,Clinton was very friendly and has assured me that my repair will be handled with urgency.
