Sim Swop ***** !!!!

On the 9th of January 2012 at around five o clock I tried to call my wife on a Vodacom contract that I had for about 5 years, Cell number 082 9405055. When a strange man answered my wife`s phone and spoke in Xhosa I suspected the worse. After battling for about 10 minutes to find out whats happening I luckily got hold of my wife just to find out that she still have her cellphone and old simcard still in her phone .
How is this possible that my wife`s number that`s on a contract with Nashua Mobile could be given to somebody else? Who`s going to pay for the calls made from that sim ? What about the revenue she lost while her number was "given " to someone else??
I`m really disgusted and totally shocked that this kind of thing can happened. How could Nashua Mobile change a number to another simcard without my consent . This is really gross negligence or then defnitely *****.
I demand that my contract is cancel with immediate effect !!
