I really did not want to resort to this but i really have no choice. I've been trying to get hold of Adolphus Kola since last year November as i have been incorrectly invoiced on my account. I upgraded my cellphone package at the end of October 2011. I was sent my new handset and was under the impression that my new package had been activated, only to find that this was not the case and was invoiced as per the old terms of contract and received a very high phone bill due to data usage etc. My new package included a data bundle which i thought was activated. I've been trying to rectify this matter ever since, only to be shunted around the call centre and getting all sorts of nonsense. The best person to speak to would have been Adolphus as this the person handling my account. I've refused to pay and have been soft-locked and without a phone for about 2 weeks now. I would gladly pay my bill if someone could just listen to what i have to say. |
