| HEADLINE | Get a Bad payment profile because of lazy people |

| I've been a customer of Nashua Mobile for 6 years, but lately the staff in the credit/accounts department at Nashua Mobile is getting very lazy. I received a letter from Bheki Dhlamini saying that my account is overdue and that I am in breach of contract! They also are saying that they are going to terminate my contract and are going to list me on the credit Bureau's because of my overdue account! I don't know how my account could be overdue as my payments are being made by Debit order! and all payments went through! I also phoned Mr Beki Dlamini about my apparent overdue account and he then said that it was the branch fault where I did the upgrade. I went to this branch and they then told me that they don't do the debit orders(made sense) but it is done by the Accounts department. (Credit to this store, they then phoned Bheki Dlamini while I sat at the store, but did not even help his own store, I could hear how he shouted at the poor lady trying to help me!) Bheki Dlamini actually did nothing to even TRY and help me! After all of this Bheki Dlamini then still send me an overdue letter! I demand a letter of apology and my name be cleared at the credit bureau. | |||
