Follow up complaint

On the 14th of November I logged a complaint (http://www.hellopeter.com/nashua-mobile/complaints/being-billed-for-a-non-existent-service-678911).
Within two days I was contacted by a representative (Service Manager) from Nashua mobile century city who canceled the account immediately for me and promised a refund for the months paid in error as well as feedback ASAP
11 Weeks on it has been canceled however no refund has been forthcoming and no further contact from him.
