| i have a few accounts with Nashua Mobile for voice and data lines. My billing runs from the 15th to the 15th of the next month. IOW, any billable events within that period should reflect on my account to be paid by the end of that month. During December 2011 I applied for a MTN data line as my CeLLc had expired. Please note, only applied. With the instructions that it must not be activated, the day I collect and sign the contract is when it needs to be activated and the Cellc one needs be cancelled at the same time. NO REPORT BACK FROM NASHUA MOBILE. Not being happy with this service and being under the impression that it has been declined i go to Nashua Mobile in Randfontein on 19 jan 2012 to upgrade my CellC contract. I asked the consultant for a statement so that I can pay my account and noticed that I was being charged for a MTN data line for the period of 15 Dec 2011 to 15 Jan 2012. I asked the consultant how this could be as I only applied and did not even know that it was approved. . How can I be charged for a product I had not received yet? And have to deal with a rude call centre and Retail crossing telling "it is your problem" | |||
