| HEADLINE | billed for a cellphone contract I did not open |

| On the 9th july I went to nashua mobile in musgrave centre to enquire about a cellphone contract.I was attended to by a consultant named syaz,he took down my details to see if I would qualify for a contract to which I did qualify,but the phone I wanted they did not have in stock so I told him to cancel everything I'll go look elsewer.the 1st of august there was a debit from my banking account from nashua mobile,I phoned to enquire why they debiting my account they said they would re-imburse me to which they never.in september the samething occured then I phoned head office and spoke to a verusha chetty,she said she would investigate the matter n re-imburse me.in october they debited my account again and it was for R3600,I phoned again and verusha said it will be put back into my account da amount of R4158,this is the 6th month now and I have not received any of my money back,can you please help me | |||

| Quite Impressed: I'm pleased to report that on the day I posted that complaint I received a phone call frm clinton frm nashua mobile he processed my claim immediately n that same evening my money was put bank into my account,now that's what a call fast service,thanx a lot peter | |||
