| I no longer needed my Nashuamobile number and went to Cresta Centre store in Feb to enquire about termination. Early termination fee was exhorbitant but I was told I could terminate in May with no termination fee. In May I filled in the paperwork at the store but continued to be debited. I returned to the store who promised to address the problem. On 17th Septemer I returned to the store, filled in the same paperwork (again), and insisted on a copy of the paperwork and reference number (6502545). I was advised (again) that head office would handle the termination. Nashua Mobile continued to deduct monies from my account each month. I phoned Client Services on 13th December. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant, confirmed she could see the September cancellation paperwork on her system (but not the May cancellation paperwork), but that I would need to return to the store to sort out the problem. However, the store told me that head office handle the cancellations. So someone is confused. I asked head office to sort out the problem and call me back - they never did. Please process my contract termination and give me back the money that you took from my account ************. | |||

| Quite Impressed: Nashua Mobile responded promptly and professionally, were very apologetic, and terminated my subscription. I was refunded the amount owed and it's already in my bank account. It's sad that I had to log a complaint on Hello Peter to resolve this matter, but once the Hello Peter complaint was submitted, the matter was quickly resolved. | |||
