| i have been a nashua customer for 13 years, last year june i took out a second contract for a 9300. the phone was troublesome and i sent it in for repairs and was told it couldnt be repaired and i'd receive a NEW one. apon receiving the "new phone without a box i discovered that it was not new, but refurbished. i took this up with the branch where i took it in (pavillion) and no response was given. a few days days later this phone also gave the same problem (battery and freezing/switching off for no reason) i sent that one in for repairs again and was promised a new 9360. i was told that thiese are the replacement phones as 9300 was being discontinued due to being known a s troublesome phones. after beimg told that and promised the new model, they sent back a 9300 which is meant to be NEW but had smses on it wen i received it aND ONCE AGAIN IT IS GIVING ME TROUBLE. this is absolutely unacceptable, they do not respond to my emails and there is never anyone there at head office. i will not pay the next 1 and a half for a faulty phone, i want the new model i was promised or i will end my business with this company. | |||
